Ordering Methods
There are a couple of different methods of ordering and payment. Orders can be placed using the PayPal shopping cart or by mail. Payment can be made by the following methods: cheque, money order or PayPal money transfer.
Online Shopping Cart
This is a convenient method of ordering. Payment can be processed either through PayPal or by sending in a cheque or money order.

Warranty/After Sale Support
Finished products carry a two year warranty on materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, modification, or accident. There is no warranty for fitness for a particular purpose. Radical Electronics and its suppliers are not liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective unit.
Electronic kits carry a warranty that the prescribed parts in the parts list are included in the kit and that the design meets the claims made in the specifications. Because the construction is done by the end purchaser, there can be no warranty that the resulting product will work. Units that the end purchaser cannot make functional can be returned for repair. Four errors can be corrected at a cost of parts, shipping and handling. Errors above four will be charged US$5.00 per error. An error is something like a misplaced or damaged component plus the damage done to other parts due to that error. Radical Electronics reserves the right to refuse to repair kits that have had excessive damage done to them.
